I lead creative and marketing programs by bringing structure to complexity and momentum to ideas. My work lives in the space between vision and execution, where strategy meets reality and good ideas either stall or make it out into the world. In simple terms, I serve as the connective tissue between creative teams and the many cross-functional partners involved, aligning enterprise stakeholders, agency partners, and delivery teams so work moves forward with clarity and momentum.
I didn’t come up through a traditional operations track. I started in production, inside the work itself, learning firsthand how creative teams think, where projects break down, and why process either helps or hurts. That foundation shaped how I lead today. Understanding creative disciplines from the inside allows me to anticipate nuance, reduce friction, and design programs that support teams rather than slow them down.
That path evolved into program and project leadership across creative and marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns, product launches, live events, rebrands, and digital programs for global brands and hyper-growth startups.
